Privacy Policy

WeCode (“we”, “us”) operates wecodetraining.com and offers AI training workshops to individuals and companies. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

Account data - name, email, profile picture (provided by Google when you sign in with Google), the workshops you're enrolled in, and your progress through them.

Forms you submit - the “For Businesses” lead form (company name, contact name, work email, team size, message) and the Free 60-Minute Class signup (email, optional name, marketing opt-in).

Technical data - IP address, browser/user-agent, and anonymous usage analytics. We log errors to identify and fix bugs.

Payments - when you purchase a workshop, payment is handled by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our servers; we keep the Stripe customer ID, transaction amount, and status.

How we use it

To deliver the workshops you signed up for, manage your account, respond to support and sales inquiries, send the emails you opted into, and improve the product.

Who processes data on our behalf

Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Resend sends transactional and marketing emails (from the verified wecodetraining.com domain). Mux streams workshop videos. Stripe processes payments and stores customer billing details. Bugsnag receives error reports. Vercel hosts the application and Vercel Blob stores course images. Debounce.io validates email addresses on public forms.

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails if you opt in. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@wecodetraining.com.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email hello@wecodetraining.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes even after account deletion. Free-class signups are kept up to 24 months.
